  • Defective or Damaged Products: If the product you receive is defective or damaged upon arrival, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement. Please contact us within  7 days of receiving the product to initiate a refund or exchange. You may be asked to provide photos or documentation of the damage.

  • Product Not as Described: If the product you receive is not as described or is missing key features or components, you may request a full refund or exchange. Please notify us within 7 Days of receiving the product.

  • Unopened and Unused Products: If you change your mind about the purchase, you may return unopened and unused products for a refund within 7 Days of purchase. The product must be in its original packaging and condition.

  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply to returned items, depending on the product and condition. This will be communicated to you at the time of the return process.


3. Conditions for Exchanges

  • Exchange Eligibility: You may request an exchange for a different product of equal value or a product that better suits your needs, provided the original product is in new, unused, and resalable condition. All exchanges must be initiated within 7 Days of the original purchase date.

  • Shipping Charges: You are responsible for shipping charges related to returns or exchanges unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied by ATS Engineering.

  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply for exchanges, particularly if the item is returned in a non-resalable condition. Details will be provided during the exchange process.


4. Services Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Installation and Service Work: Once services such as the installation of solar panels, lithium batteries, industrial fans, or net metering systems have begun or been completed, no refunds will be issued. If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within typically 7 Days of the service completion for review and potential resolution. We may offer a correction or adjustment at our discretion.

  • Service Cancellation: If you need to cancel an installation or service appointment before the work begins, please inform us at least 7 Days before the scheduled service date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.


5. How to Request a Refund or Exchange

To initiate a refund or exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Details: Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting documentation or photos (if applicable).

  5. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take 7 days to be credited back to your account.


6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Customized or specially fabricated products (such as bespoke solar panel systems, industrial fans, or custom-fabricated parts) unless they are defective or damaged.
  • Opened or used products, except in cases of defect or damage.
  • Services that have already been completed, such as installations or maintenance.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damage During Shipping: If your product is damaged during shipment, please contact us within 7 Days of receiving the product. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and provide a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

  • Lost Shipments: In the event that your shipment is lost or delayed, we will work with the carrier to track and resolve the issue. If the package is confirmed as lost, we will provide a replacement or refund.


8. Limitations of Liability

  • Product Use: ATS Engineering is not liable for damages resulting from misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow safety guidelines associated with the products or services we provide.

  • Force Majeure: ATS Engineering is not responsible for any delays or failures to deliver products or services due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
